11 different chainsaw skins based partially on real tools

- Light Blue BLUEMAX
- Green OREGON PRO-AM 325
- Orange / White STIHL
- Black / Green RYOBI
- Ornage HUSQVARNA
- Yellow / Black DeWALT
- Red ECHO
- Black McCULLOCH
- Blue / White HOLZFFORMA
- Red / White GREENCUT


Plus Ellie's Blood fix code to enable blood on chainsaw (for some reason chainsaw doesn't have blood by default)
- Added a new more detailed blood texture on the blade

be cool if the blood would evntley get stuck on their after a few kills or so instead of just it being on there already.

Oh... the Chainsawman chainsaw is there but it doesn't have the pochita eye, almost perfect T_T

Before leading the map enable cheats.
"sv_cheats 1"
Then start the map from the console.

This should be enough to fix rng issues
