This is a simple, link to a file which you need to copy/paste the values to in order to unlock everything. Contains spoilers, etc.

Drive:\-Steaminstallationfolder-\steamapps\common\Angel Wings\config\
in the file:
persist.xml

You can copy all raw contents, and overwrite/paste everything into it without worrying about it breaking anything (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+V).
