[L4D2] Halo Spartans

Replaces Coach, Nick, Ellis, & Rochelle with colorful Halo Spartans!

These are never-before-seen textures for the Halo 3 Master Chief model!
They're about 90% made from scratch; Only using the basic outlining/shading from their original Halo 3 textures/normal maps.
I've been periodically working on them for about 7 years, for a variety of games, from CS:S to UT3, and am quite excited to finally get a chance to release them publically!
