Office may be shown in the thumbnail, however this works for any map that you can start with Practice with Bots

Step 1:

Play the desired map related to the achievement with Easy - Expert Bots

Step 2:

Join the CT side

Step 3:

Type

mp_round_restart_delay 0.01; mp_roundtime_defuse 0.01; mp_freezetime 0; mp_maxrounds 100; mp_restartgame 1

into the console

Step 4:

Wait until the game is over

Step 5:

If the achievement hasn't been completed, follow Steps 1 - 4 again.
