Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new great project New Zealand Pack.
I will upload in the workshop only level 1 buildings for commercial zones.

Type of buildings: Growable - commercial low, level 1.
A small commercial buildings located in the Gisborne, Christchurch, Paraparaumu and Hunterville, New Zealand.
4x1 - Harris Tyres
4x2 - BurgerFuel Kapiti Coast (this asset special for BlueThunder796 )
4x3 - Liquorland Bishopdale
4x4 - BP (this asset special for Stegar )

It depends on which version of language you use. English in New Zealand or American English.
I looked at the original sign board in google maps, and did it as in the original.
You can just see it in this web-site: Harris Tyres [www.harristyres.co.nz]
I think it doesn't really particular matter what language or dialect is used in the names and descriptions of buildings in game. After all, only some words such as - color(colour), tires(tyres) are spelled differently.
That is, for you this spelling of the word (tyres) looks wrong, but for a New Zealand citizen, such a spelling of the word will, on the contrary, be correct.

there is no Y in tires.

Yes. Some assets can't be added to the style because the game does not see them for this option.
But this problem only occurs with vanilla style.
I am using mod Building Themes .
I recommend using it as it is quite convenient and simple. You can create a style and easily add all growables buildings named NZ to it.
