I dont know if you played WQ Classic but the white pup back then was more like a reward for your wolf having earned enough exp. The white pup here is a nod to that. Not sure if they end up doing anything more with it but I'd love a special coat for it.
You mean there was never a grown-up white coat? Almost sounds as though they weren't meant to be white, they just looked white as a pup.
I know it's the white pup because white pups always have the same grown up pelt (atleast back from when this was taken).
(I have one right now, a light-tan one, and although she isn't white, she looks close enough to white that I simply call her my white pup, even though she will likely grow up to tan or orange).
Getting one isnt really worth the trouble of constant reloading. Ive had plenty over many save files and unless they updated this, the pups always have the same coat as an adult. You can just make a wolf with that coat in the base game; the grey nose scar coat from life is rough.
