Rise of the Three Dragons - OWB Shi Submod

This is a massive add-on mod for the Shi for OWB. An ambitious first mod project, this mod aims to add three new playable nations.

- The People's Republic of the Shi
- The Cai Dynasty
- The Shi Emergency Government

Each nation's focus tree has a slightly different type of playstyle. I was inspired by the narrative-based focus trees from TNO when creating these focus trees but did not want to make it too linear and give the player a bit of wiggle room with the focus tree choices.

Please note that the Shi Emergency Government and People's Republic of the Shi Pro-NCR Tree may receive reworks in the future.

Please note that due to an issue on my end, I had to uninstall and reinstall HOI4 and I am not sure if that has had an effect on the mod update procedures
