Fill NPC Cockpits

I was inspired to pop this little script together, by nukeguard's Piloted Cockpits mod and the extra little bit of immersion it brings.

Pretty straightforward: upon spawning, any NPC owned ship will have standard large and small cockpits converted to their Piloted Cockpits equivalents. "Open cockpits" (that is, Flight Seats on large grids, and Control Seats on small grids) will also get the treatment - only one seat per grid, though.

When hacked below functional, the presumably hacked-to-death NPC's body will drop out of the seat (if there's physically space around) so you can loot 'em, and jump into the seat/cockpit once you reweld it. Loot is reasonable but it would have been a bit OP to fill all those other control seats. Be different if the NPCs fought back.

If anyone knows how I can change the colour of those dead dudes' suits, please let me know. Red space suits are in, apparently.
