Comet Light Fighter

The Comet was an early devoloped light fighter for the Lunar Republic, Making use of limited resources the Comet is small, compact, and extremely agile. When it entered production it was one of the best however it became quickly outdated. Shortly after its introduction it was Replaced wtih the Paladin, The Comets that did get made in that timespan were converted to the Paladin class fighter instead as they shared the same midframe.

The Comet is a very agile fighter, extremely responsive due to the pure hydrogen powersystem. It is however a "Glass Cannon" as it can do a high amount of damage in a short time, But once the rear tank is shot out it is crippled and out of the fight for good. It does utilize Heavier armour around the wings and frontal sections so it can take frontal shots.
