Happy Chinese New Year!

Adds the Republic of China, led by Sun Yat-sen, the "Forerunner of the Revolution" against Qing China. Sun Yat-sen was arguably the greatest individual driving force during the 1911 Revolution (also known as the Xinhai or Chinese Revolution), alongside his fellow Tongmenghui. He united the entirety of China, regardless of nationality, to become a democracy.
