Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A (Yes it's the konami code have a more complex way)
Own ULTRAKILL (If you don't have it buy it)
Click PLAY
Go to a level
Press the up arrow twice
Press the down arrow twice
Press the left arrow
Press the right arrow
Press the left arrow
Press the right arrow
Press B on your keyboard
Press A on your keyboard

pretty sure to disable them you have to just go to checkpoint/restart after making sure that "keep cheats enabled" is off
