All other achievements are secret, things only a curious player achieves. They require curiousness and exploration.

Chapter 1
Reach the hunter's house without dying once. You can die of traps or fall damage. (It might only be that you don't die of the Hunter's traps until you reach his house, hence the name. But to survive until his house is pretty easy anyway.)

What did you expect to see in there?


Chapter 1
When entering the Hunter's house, in the kitchen, open the fridge.

It's not murder if they're bad people... is it?


Chapter 1
Kill the Hunter while wearing the skunk hat, that you find in one of the few rooms in his house, the one on the left from where you must follow Six after you rescue her from the basement, she goes right, you go left for the hat.

Unorthodox, but they all count!


Chapter 2
Walk inside of the goal using the Ball hat equipped, that you find on that same park. It looks like a ball located on the side of the main entrance to the school.

Rebellion at its finest!


Chapter 2
Find a paper airplane in the kids' room full of toys shortly after entering the school, and throw it out of the open window that you entered the school through.
Note that the airplane actually glides to a certain extent, so getting the position could take a little time. If the airplane gets stuck on the window frame (as it did for me) and you can't get it back, reset to checkpoint.

Creative, efficient, brutal. Top of the class!


Chapter 2
When getting seen by the teacher while she's teaching the bullies in the classroom, she will send them after you if she can't catch you herself using her neck. Head to the right, making the shelf with the key fall by climbing it and jump off as to not crush yourself. Crush the bullies instead. (achievement can also be earned if you die in the fall too)

Tempting, so tempting...


Chapter 2
Have mercy on the tied up bully with the white dunce hat that's drawing after you exit the elevator. The best way to get away without killing him isn't stealth, as he will see you even if you sneak past him before grabbing the pipe. My best strategy is alert him of your presence so he lunges at you and falls from the left side, and during the fatigue period, run up to the pipe, grab it, and sprint away. You can still sprint while holding the pipe.

Chapter 2
Come across a piano that you have to break through the floor with, and walk across it until the achievement unlocks. Similar to Six's song in LN1.

Plenty of snacks for a growing boy.


Chapter 3
Keep on pulling the soda vending machine until you get the achievement. You will need to pull it 6 times (pun probably intended). There are a total of 2 vending machines in the hospital, both at the "reception" ish area, one in the beginning and one in the end. I'm sure it works on either one. If not, it worked on the first one for me.

Chapter 3
Preform an X-ray with Six, holding hands.

There, you'll be much warmer now.


Chapter 3
Equip the bear hat that you find in the room with a lot of toys in Chapter 3, the one with the bear that you have to burn to get the key that’s inside of it. The hat is on top of the shelf in the right corner of the room, that you can climb. Equip the hat, burn the teddy bear and take the key to earn this achievement!

Movie night on the ward - all taken care of!


Chapter 3
Find the corn after you powered the left gate that only took 1 fuse. In that first room, you'll find the corn. Take it to the furnace and burn it, and enjoy a nice movie with six!

Better to be safe than sorry.


Chapter 3
Hit the alive hand at least 3 times after you've already killed it. During the hospital level you encounter 3 moving hands, it can be done on any one.

Some holes are more picky than others.


Chapter 3
At your checkpoint in the bathroom right before the hallway of hands, there is a plate with cheese on it and an eye drawn on the wall above it. Take the cheese to a "hole", that's located not forward towards the hallway, but rather behind. In the gate that's blocking you from going backward, there's a little hole to slip through, hidden behind the open door that you came through so that an average player can’t easily find it. There, on the left wall after you slipped through, is a slightly open door. That's where the hole is, feed it the cheese and get the achievement. There's also a glitched remain.

Chapter 3
After the intense escape from the mannequins in the dark room, you'll find yourself almost back to the start where you left off Six. In the room with the chair and scribbled dark circle on the wall, find a ball and throw it into the mannequins' hands.

It's crueller to let him live.


Chapter 3
Similar to Merciful Feat, do not burn the doctor to death after the chase. Six traps him in the furnace, and instead of powering it and experiencing a dark Six moment, run straight to the elevator instead.

Hello, have we met?


Chapter 4
After the Thin Man took six, Mono stands by himself, and at one point glides over a roof to another using a hanger for clothes. The hanger slide takes you into a house, where the first puzzle involving a hypnotized person is. Instead of going right and opening the door, leave through the window you slid through, and head backwards. There is an open window that leads into a small room, that contains a glitched child, the lady statue and a portrait of the lady. Break the porcelain statue to earn this achievement!

You punctuated someone's day. Maybe they'll notice!


Chapter 4
This will need to be done with the postman hat that you find earlier in chapter 4. You find it in the vent to the left during one of the first TV puzzles.
Near the TV elevator puzzle in chapter 4, where you need to drop down because the upper elevator handle doesn't work, there is a suitcase in which you'll find a package. In the next room, there is a door with an eye on it, and someone peeking through. Take the package to that door, and a hand will grab it and you'll get the achievement. The game was also hinting this, as an eye is also drawn on the package.

Perfect! It's so... you!


Chapter 5
After finishing the game, put on the Thin Man's hat in the hats menu. As there is a a hat option on the menu, you’ll need to start a new game.

Your life is now free of challenges. Congratulations!


The achievement all of us achievement hunters wish to get. Complete the game with all of the achievements done, to earn this last achievement.
*Unlocking the secret ending also unlocks this achievement at the same time, because they both require all the glitches remains to be found and the game to be beaten afterwards. (Secret ending can be achieved without all the achievements done however, this won’t grand you this achievement.)
