[WotC] Ryuji Goda Voicepack

Made as per a request.

Title says all, really. Voicepack of Ryuji Goda, the main antagonist of Yakuza 2/Kiwami 2. There weren't many lines of dialogue to begin with (that I could get/use, at least), so there's only ~80 total in this one, but most actions are still covered.

Available for use with all male soldiers, heroes (WotC) and SPARKs (Shen's Last Gift).
