Fixes the broken XM25/XM29 OICW reticle in KA's Weapons Pack.

It turns out that was a very simple fix: the cutRsc command KA used to show the reticle was in the old syntax. The new syntax has a layer ID (number or string) before it. As a result, the reticle doesn't show up properly (could be in conflict with another mod but I'm not sure.)

With an ID added, nothing can overlay the reticle.

Note: if the reticle disappears mid-game, switch to pistol or launcher and switch back should fix it.

Now fix that airburst launcher and get blasting.

it's the main weapon pack. But I think it got taken down from the workshop when this patch was released. I will check later and see if it's back on.

hey dumb question i added you but what was ka weapons dependency? every time i use the reupload on my server it says its missing something called cwr_weapons or something along those lines
