This guide will be very simple and short.

All you have to do is play on park and keep avoiding the bottles as much as you can.
Picking up bottles quick spawns enemies fast, so try to avoid as many bottles as you can.
What I did was, I mostly stayed at the upper side, where you meet the fewest bottles, and only going downwards, when you have to avoid enemies. After 5 attempts or so I reached 5 minutes and got the 5 minute and Park 5 minute achievements.
