You don't have that Button at the Beginning.

You can't dual wield multiple (Two Different in one Slot) Weapons.

You don't need a Second Weapon to dual Wield.

You need double the Stat requirements to Dual wield.

No you can't dual wield Miniguns. You can't dual wield Snipers either. Double Sword? Still no.
