Leader: Ben Reifel, Representative of South Dakota's 1st Congressional District

UA: "Boon of the Badlands"; Receive five times the Gold when pillaging. Gain a little Culture for every enemy unit killed. -33% Improvement maintenance costs.

UB: Wall Drug Store; Aside from Happiness, provides +50% Trade Route distance, +1 Trade Route, and +15% City Connection bonus.

UI: Sioux Reservation; A Sioux Reservation provides +1 Culture and +1 Faith. Creates more Culture with Archaeology and the Internet.
