To improve first you need the proper tools, a key tool for warming up is the CSGOHUB Skills Training Map. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2185699891
This map offers a variety of warmup exercises from aim training to b hop.
For a quick warmup I would do a few minutes of Range, Rush, and Shuffle. When in the range you should focus on your flick accuracy. I would also recommend using the prefire feature. If you simply did this every time you played a game you would see vast improvements in your skill.

Step #2

After you warm up in a custom map it is best to be matched against other players instead of bots as well. I didn't find any custom servers that really suited my needs so I founded AzumCS.com it's a headshot only free for all deathmatch, hosted in NYC with 128 tick. I usually only play on there for 10-20 minutes until I feel I have warmed up.

How to actually warm up as a beginner: 150-200 kills in DM servers trying to get constant headshots. After you're good you bump it up to 500 kills or 2 hours in DM
