Thank you so much, i think deleting the file did it :D, best help i have got from a developer on a workshop map thanks alot.

Hum, that is odd. I just double checked on my end and it works fine. Head over to your \Steam\SteamApps\common\chivalrymedievalwarfare\UDKGame\CookedSDK\ folder and remove the folder named "AOCSDKLevels_A41C3FC749EEEB28310CF8866D45C7F3". This is the steam ID for Cove and it will force the map to download when you restart your game

The game was closed when i subscribed to it and i am copying the exact thing you put in your last comment into the console
