Lightbug Cage

Allow to create Lightbug Cages.
When a Lightbug is inside the cage, it will attract other Lightbugs to fly around it.

You can feed the Lightbug inside the cage to make it last longer;
If the Lightbug is flying its hunger is between 30% and 100%;
If the Lightbug is not flying, its hunger is below 30%;
If the Lightbug is upside down, its dead and will not attract other Lightbugs anymore;
