Introduction
Downloading and Installing
To download the mod visit:
https://www.nexusmods.com/yugiohlegacyoftheduelistlinkevolution/mods/5

To install the mod go through the following steps:
1. Open the rar file
2. Open the game folder
3. Extract the YGO_2020.dat and YGO_2020.toc files and replace them in your game folder.
4. Boot the game

To start the mod go to where the Zexal campaign would normally be and open the campaign titled 'Antiquities'. Upon starting the first mission 'GOAT format' make sure you play it as a normal duel and not a tutorial. Otherwise, the game will get stuck. The default keyboard button to play as a normal mission is 3. This is seen at the bottom of the screen.
About the mod
The ‘Antiquities: History of Yu-Gi-Oh!’ is a mod that aims to showcase the history of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. The mod achieves this by incorporating
a full 29 mission campaign complete with custom characters. The campaign has 80
new decks and 59 new characters. These decks are every structure deck and
starter deck from the 2002 Starter Deck Yugi to the 2016 structure deck Yugi Moto.

The mod also changes all the starting decks so you a provided with a less OP set of cards that you can build upon as you go through the mod.
This mod replaces the Zexal campaign with a new campaign titled ‘The Antiquities’.
As you play through the campaign you will be able to unlock every booster pack except for those from Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains. This feature will be
added as I add more duels.

To play this mod I recommend playing with a fresh save file.

does installing this mod get rid of achievements?

I replaced the .dat and .toc files, but I still have all my cards from the un-modded game. How do I reset my card data?

@allyans yes you do need to reinstall the game to go back to the original, unless you have a backup for the two files you swap. That is why I always recommend having a backup. A fresh install will remove your save. Just changing the mod either on or off will keep your save.

I'm new to modding. Do I have to uninstall and install again to get the game back to the original version? What will happen to my save file?

Rpauzehome Lair of darkness released in 2018. The currently goes from starter deck Yugi 2002 to the structure deck Yugi 2016. So, the cut off is 2016. However, I do have plans to continue to that period. At the moment, I do not have the time. Lair of darkness and wave of light are in the game files I think.. As I originally wanted to have them in there.

Kyurem Black, I changed the name via hex editing. It has to be the same around of characters as the original name, otherwise it apparently messes things up. The symbol for the series is changed by swapping it in an image file in photoshop.

How were you able to change the name and symbol for the Zexal campaign, I'd like to do that for my mod as well.
