"That's a Wrap Plus" worked for me this way: Complete the game, start New Game +, go to Level Select, and it lets you skip directly to The End+ and after finishing the ending sequence, the achievement pops a moment before the credits roll.

thanks for the guide! just want to let you know that "That's a Wrap Plus!" is triggered on first playthrough, not new game+. or at least that's how it does for me.
