Description

For you people who can work from a time lapse, here's the process compressed without comments.  35 minutes and 19.4 seconds work in just 5 minutes and 38 seconds.
Time lapse should start at 02:02 and run to 7:40, the rest is me babbling again. LOL
 
Model used was an XNA model I got from the web, I don't remember when, where or who I got it from but credits to the original author. I will not be uploading it to the workshop because I can't contact the author for permission.

The process starts from confirmation that the original model has been exported, compiled, all textures, bones and rigs work and it's time to find coordinates.  There are a total of 4 compiles to get the eyes to work properly and required the whites of the eyes and iris textures created.
