good old cheat engine. Nothing beat this engine for some true sandbox experiences.

I was using a cheat engine cheat Table to mod the game. i reverted my mondern times city population of 9000 back to colonial, and then used the cheat engine to crank up the population to force a massive uncountable pirate raid, and large superpower raids. oddly enough all the superpowers can still attack you even if you revert the game back to colonial.

Wtf is that a mod that enables all Buildings in the Colonial Era? lol
