After we click the new game, the game will be locked at 60 fps..

You need to start the game from from fullscreen mode (This is for those who play the game for first time/ or restarting the game

• Start the game
  
• After the FMV ended, and you get to control the dragon, open the options menu, go to graphic setting and change it to window mode
  
• Press (B) or back to get the effect (the game run in windowed mode)
  
• Press Alt + Enter to get the game in fullscreen mode again

You don't need to do this if you play the game from "Continue" (As long as there is no FMV before the play)

• The game will be locked to 60 fps only after every FMV's, such as new game
  
• This is pretty much a bug, since the game itself supports high framerates
  
• Choosing continue will not locked the game to 60 fps
