May I use this as the base for part a mod I'm trying to make?

I'm learning to mod and am aiming to try to make Francis into my Boss character from Saint's Row 2, and I was hoping I could have your permission to use your mod as a base? He has the same moustache that my character has and the scars and the bandage look super cool!

My intent would be to use it as a base for learning to change the colour of the hair texture, to red specifically. I don't intend to distribute it, as it would be for personal use only.

If I do not have your permission, I understand completely.

is there a possibility to make a lemmy kilmister skin for francis?

Can you make one with just the motorhead stache?

Is there a possibility of releasing a version with just the mustache?
