Divine Gratitude
This achievement is: impossible to miss

Divine Gratitude
You have found his semi divine humble Self on your Steam list.

This achievement is unlocked immediately after starting a new game.
Holy And The Hidden Object
This achievement is: part of the storyline

Holy And The Hidden Object
Complete the first tropical quest.

The first quest is to find sunscreen for Wendy. The sunscreen is located on top of a barrel north of the pink bra hanging like a flag.
Adventure Puzzle
This achievement is: missable

Adventure Puzzle
Clear the path by the vines.

The vines are located near the undead maiden right before you find her the second time. The machete needed to cut the vines is in one of the treasure chests located on the left/west path (the one Holy suggests will have good loot for him to use).
A Semi Divine Donation
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

A Semi Divine Donation
Help Sandy construct the fort.

After Sandy tells you that you need to build up your reputation around the camp, just talk to her and she will give you a quest to donate 300 gold towards construction around the camp. In my case I already had 300 gold without even selling so it should be more or less the same for you.
Media Sucks
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

Media Sucks
Let out your semi divine aggression on the royal press.

On the eastern side of the maiden camp you'll find a 'royal critic'. Keep talking to him and he will accompany you in a small quest to defeat zombies provided by Tevez. Just proceed normally to the group of zombies east of Laguna. Once you reach the group, the critic will continue to annoy Holy and in turn, Holy will beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him (granting you the achievement).
Chocochicks Are Sooo Cute
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

Chocochicks Are Sooo Cute
Catch the runaway chocochick for Cindy.

The runaway chocochick is located at the Elven Forest north of the maiden camp.
Holy the Giant Slayer
This achievement is: part of the storyline

Holy the Giant Slayer
Help the ogre kick the bucket.

The ogre in question can be found at the very end of the elven forest. It will be summoned by a goblin.
Bloody Boot Hill
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

Bloody Boot Hill
Find and bring Wendy her boots.

Wendy's boots can be found back in the beach. In order to get there you have to go through the elven forest which leads to the jungle path and subsequently to the beach. The boots will be in a chest near the starting point of the game.
Holy's Elves!
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

Holy's Elves!
Protect Lassandra from the undead horde!

Lessandra and her band of elves can be found in the elven forest. When I looked over the npc names, I didn't find Lessandra. Instead the one unique npc being attacked by the undead horde was named Cassandra (I know she's at the camp) so this must be some sort of glitch/mistake in npc names.
A Date For Tevez
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

A Date For Tevez
Find Tevez a girlfriend.

The only suitable wife for Tevez and closest to Candy in terms of personality is Cindy (she's near the chocochicks at the camp). I suggest doing the runaway chocochick quest first before marrying her off.

You will need to complete a second quest from the elven merchant in order to get this achievement because Cindy wants something romantic in order to be convinced into marrying Tevez. If you've already gone through the elven forest all the way to the beach, the quest item (whichi s a flower) will be one of the drops from the enemies in the elven forest.

You'll have to hand the flower to Tevez and talk to him again before the achievement is unlocked.
Maiden Savior
This achievement is: part of a series of small quests to progress the storyline

Maiden Savior
Provide a semi divine rescue for Lola.

Lola can be found at Laguna (north of Bob the builder). She won't be trapped until you accept the quest from Renk at the maiden camp. There will be a lot of spiders surrounding her area so I suggest you at least have Holy Avatar's final skill first (the proximity AoE) before going off to save her.
Maiden Survivor
This achievement is: part of the storyline

Maiden Survivor
Protect Cindy from the undead.

Before you can get to this point in the story, you first have to get all 3 keys. 2 of the keys are obtained from defeating giant skeletons (1 in the elven forest and 1 at the goblin camp). The last key is with Sandy. You'll have to complete all quests first (don't forget Bob's quest) before she hands it to you.

Once you have all the keys you can go south from the goblin camp and from there you'll trigger a series of events wherein you fight with Cindy in your group. She will be extremely underlevelled so avoid putting her anywhere near barrels and/or enemies if you can help it. You will get the achievement if she survives the enemy's onslaught.
Magic People, Voodoo People
This achievement is: part of the storyline

Magic People, Voodoo People
Defeat the Voodoo Priestess.

After the attack at the maiden camp you will find yourself back at the elven forest. The Voodoo Priestess will be located at the same place where you found the Gian Skeleton. There are no special tactics needed for this fight.

j.w.yergan may I quote you into the guide?

@proudlarry

Yes. It's true. "Adventure Puzzle" is missable, but the vines are in plain sight begging to be cut, so cut 'em down.
The "Maiden Survivor" is also missable, but it's about positioning her to be useful, because you will need her for a shot or two to help your odds of survival. Essentially use angles and the explosive barrels and understand area-of-affect ratios to make absolutely certain you'll get through with her intact.

All in all, this game is much easier than the previous two and so drastically shorter. It's very straightforward, so much so that I'm hoping its a point in-between another installment or two continuing the main story.

Hope I was clear for you. Thank Jedo for laying a really good framework to help with potential confusion of the achievements.

Yeah this game is a lot easier. Everything is tied to the main objectives.

So only 1 achievement is missable this time? That's a relief.

is this true?

I got 5 achievements in about 3 hours. I've had a few crashes and some issues as to where I'm supposed to go. I get the feeling this one is shorter than the first two. About how long to 100% (if anyone remembers)?
Jedo  [author] 6 Jan, 2015 @ 3:39pm
Sorry it's been way too long.
