i think this one took me like 20 tries to get the cube up to the top. i couldnt get it to flip up. it flipped to the portal surace and i crouched and quickly made a second portal and grabbed it as it came through

That was easily fixed :)

Once you get the cube on to the raising platform I had to restart because the cube was out of reach. I ended up pulling the cube through by crouching on the platform and carefully pulling it through.

It isn't hard to get the cube where it should be to bring it up. Just toss the cube to block the laser, press the button to flip it onto the white surface, one portal in each of the white surfaces and it falls onto the raising platform . Is that what you did and if not, what did you do? :)

Some one gave me this piece of advice on my first level. There is a difference between a puzzle being hard to solve and a puzzle being hard to perform. It took me a long time to get the portals just right and get the cube through. It was more frusterating than entertaining although I was very happy when I finally got it ;) Just my opinion.

Oh! Yes, you solved it the intended way. The Intermezzos are just short different tests to give a "break" between the longer adventures. No worries. :)
