Quick Overview
The infamous "Saharan Spy" loadout is a loadout that is highly efficient at shattering the enemy's defenses. Not recommended to use this set against an attacking team.
General Tips
-Even when undisguised, you want to be as stealthy as possible. If you run into the center of the battlefield as an undisguised spy with a L'etranger in your hand, your enemies can probably assume you're using the Dead Ringer and Eternal Reward.

-Take routes that your enemies aren't guarding (to remain unknown)

-If you do get spotted while undisguised, don't immediately pull out your Dead Ringer. Try to either get a trickstab with your knife, or shoot your pursuer. Only bring out your Dead Ringer when necessary.

-While attempting to find your first backstab victim to get your disguise, you need to think about many things. For your FIRST disguise, try to kill an easy target.

Best First Disguise Options (Top 5 from best to worst)

1: Sniper- Generally busy looking through his scope, making for an easy kill.

2: Soldier- Slow and easy to catch up to.

3: Heavy- Slow damage magnet that is easy to catch up to.

4: Medic- Normally distracted healing teammates, but is risky to target because he's almost always near the bulk of his team.

5: Engineer- High risk, High reward. Can be very tricky to backstab when his sentry is set up, but is normally far away from his team, so no one would see him die.

-This set allows you to take VERY aggressive decloaks. Because of the L'etranger's ability, you can decloak close to your "killer" to surprise them, and shoot them to recharge your Dead Ringer in only a few seconds.

-Because of the knife's silent kill ability, you can get MASSIVE chain stabs.

-Don't be afraid to drop your disguise for an important objective or teammate (like a medic with full Übercharge). Winning the round is more important than your gibus scout disguise.

-If an important enemy is at low health, but you have a good, believable disguise, what do you do? Simply shoot the guy. Like mentioned in the previous tip, killing important targets is more useful than a disguise. Also, with practice, it shouldn't be hard to obtain another disguise.

-Speaking of practice, get comfortable with the default loadout before attempting to use the Saharan Spy set. The default loadout is the best at teaching you basic spy mechanics and tricks.

-For this set, you don't always need to use the Dead Ringer. If you feel like you need extra stealth, maybe try the invis watch or Cloak & Dagger. The C&D works surprisingly well with this set because of the L'etranger's cloak bonuses.
