Report a translation problem
I turned on "Radeon Enhanced Sync" (idk if this makes any difference), and the "OpenGL Triple Buffering". This worked as intented.
I was not able to find anywhere in the software that allowed to alter or lock the FPS from 63 though.

set my graphics settings in a way like you saying
here last week too. i tryed all kinds of setting with
it to get a flying game and UBOAT working smoother.
so i just run Black Flag with my setting
WOW this game looks great ran smooth
if i start to get that lag ill try your settings
