Not really sure what I was supposed to do here. Problem is that the blocks in front of the door are always blocking the path and when you use teleporter in the end you can't reach the red field.

Optimizing this is quite hard, when you use more than 1 penguin they always run into each other / push the block of or one gets stuck. My first solutions had a lot of unnecessary arrows. To get to this one took quite some time.
