In this guide I'm going to show you how to increase steam's game download speed.
Note: this is not a CS guide, but steam don't let me make a non game related guide.

1. Open steam settings












2. Go to downloads tab



















3. Select your country/region, or select a location that's near to you.






4. Turn off the download limit










5. Clear the download cache (this requires steam restart)











Windows settings
1. Open task manager (ctrl+alt+del)










2. Find steam



3. Right click on it, and go to details












4. Right click on steam.exe, and click on priority

















5. Click on high
