• DJMAX RESPECT is a continuation in the DJMAX series since the latest release of DJMAX Technika Q in 2013. DJMAX RESPECT was released in 2017 for the PS4. DJMAX RESPECT V is a PC port version of the PS4 game. It is a rhythm game that features notes scrolling down a screen with the player hitting them to the beat. It's simple to learn, yet hard to master.

Pressing ESC in-game and clicking Guide will bring up the tutorial menu where you can learn about the different types of notes and how to play, as well as different sections of the game!

• All Normal, Hard, and Maximum charts were designed specifically for use by a PS4 controller, but all can be played with a keyboard. SC patterns are designed specifically for keyboard.

• Air Mode consists of 3 different pretend radio stations that are separated by the courses "Basic Course", "Delicious Course", and "Global Course".
  
  -Basic Course randomly cycles only base game/free songs.
  -Delicious Course randomly cycles only DLC exclusive songs.
  -Global Course randomly cycles all songs in the entire game

• Pressing Tab will switch your button mode.
  
  
• Pressing F4 will turn AUTO PLAY on. AUTO PLAY lets the music play without you having to hit the notes.
  
  
• By scrolling down to the Difficulty section, you can use the Left or Right arrow keys to move the range of difficulty. Yellow ✦s on the left are easy, orange ✦s in the middle are harder, and red ✦s on the right are the hardest difficulty.

• Once you select a stage the game will load the song that is currently playing.
  
  
• If AUTO PLAY is on the game will play for you, and you will not get any points. You can turn AUTO PLAY off by hitting a note or pressing F4.
  
  
• Pressing F3 will send a heart in the space to the right.
  
  
• Pressing Enter will open the chat box where you can leave a comment for others to see.
  
  

  When the song ends, a new one will automatically be played. You can back out at any time by hitting Esc.

• 4B features 4 different lanes where notes may come down. The default controls for the 4 lanes from left to right are A, S, ;, and '. Side Tracks are hit with Left Shift and Right Shift.
  
  
• 5B features 5 different lanes where notes may come down. The middle lane is shared by 2 keys simultaneously. The default controls for the 5 lanes from left to right are A, S, D, L, ;, and '. Side Tracks are hit with Left Shift and Right Shift.
  
  
• 6B features 6 different lanes where notes may come down. The default controls for the 6 lanes from left to right are A, S, D, L, ;, and '. Side Tracks are hit with Left Shift and Right Shift.
  
  
• 8B features 8 different lanes where notes may come down. There are 2 FX note lanes that look like thin pink bars. The default controls for the 6 lanes from left to right are A, S, D, L, ;, and '. FX Notes are hit with C and ,. Side Tracks are hit with Left Shift and Right Shift.

Tip: You can quickly switch button modes by pressing "4", "5", "6", or "8" instead of hitting Tab.

• Song Pack Tabs separate songs into which DJMAX game they are from. You can switch between them using the Left and Right Shift buttons or clicking them. There are 30 different tabs:

Tip: You can quickly switch song titles by pressing any letter and it will automatically scroll to the song that is first in alphabetical order for that letter (If I press the "Q" Key it will scroll to the song "quixotic").

• Songs with a yellow marking in the top left corner are in your Favorites tab.

• This is what the Favorites tab looks like.

• There are 4 different song difficulty levels: Normal (NM), Hard (HD), Maximum (MX), and SC (there is no official acronym in this game for what SC stands for but it is widely assumed that SC stands for Super Crazy, referring back to DJMAX Online). Every song has a Normal chart, and can have 2, 3, or 4 song difficulty levels. Normal is the easiest in difficulty, while SC is specifically meant for keyboard usage and it the hardest in difficulty. You cannot fail on Normal, Hard, or Maximum difficulties.
  
  
• There are 15 different "✦" Difficulty Levels ranging from 1-15 and are colored by yellow, orange, and red. 1✦ difficulty is the easiest, and 15✦ difficulty is the hardest.

• Pressing F4 will bring up the Sort Menu.

• Your POSITION CHANGE changes where notes are placed in a pattern.
  
  Random - All lanes are randomized (every note in Lane 1 can either stay in Lane 1 or switch with the other lanes)
  
  Half Random - The Gear is split down the middle and lanes are randomized on each half (Lane 1 can only be switched with Lanes 2 and 3 in 6B, not Lanes 4, 5, and 6)
  
  Max Random - All notes and lanes are randomized (stairs may turn into jacks in different lanes)
  
  Mirror - Mirrors all lanes (Lanes 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 become 4 - 3 - 2 - 1)
  
  
  Mirror Half Random - Mirrors all lanes then applies Half Random to that

• Your Fader is an added on modifier that alters the way your notes appear drastically. The different types of faders are:
  
  Fade In - Notes will be invisible at the top of the screen and will slowly fade into view as they scroll down
  
  Fade In 2 - Same as Fade In but more extreme
  
  
  Fade Out - Notes will be visible at the top of the screen and will slowly fade out as they scroll down
  
  Fade Out 2 - Same as Fade Out but more extreme
  
  
  Blink - Makes notes fade in and out of view
  
  
  Blink 2 - Same as Blink but more extreme
  
  
  Fog - Creates a cloud of fog on the judgment line to hinder your vision
  
  
  Pixel - Makes the entire screen progressively more pixelated and changes back to normal after a BREAK
  
  Pixel 2 - Same as Pixel but more extreme
  
  
  Blind - Makes notes completely invisible

• The Chaos option is an added on modifier that alters the way your gear / speed appear drastically. The different types of chaos modifiers are:
  
  
  Chaos W - Makes the scroll speed of the notes speed up and slow down drastically mid-song
  
  Slide Up - Scroll speed is slow at first then gradually speeds up tremendously and will slow down back to normal after a BREAK
  
  Slide Down - Scroll speed is fast at first then gradually slows down tremendously and will speed up back to normal after a BREAK
  
  Reverse - Turns the Gear upside down so notes scroll from the bottom-up
  
  
  CHAOS X - Makes the speed of each lane completely random

• FEVER is a type of COMBO multiplier.
  
  
• The Gear Transparency determines how transparent the center of the gear is from a scale of 0% to 100%. Setting it to 0% will make it completely opaque while setting it to 100% will make it completely see-through.
  
  
• The Gear Position determines where your gear is located on the screen and can be moved to the left, center, or right.
  
  
• In the Gear options you can switch between the different gears you have unlocked.
  
  
• In the Note options you can switch between the different note skins you have unlocked, plus choose the note effects too to customize them.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Pressing F8 on a song will bring up the leaderboards for that specific pattern and shows the top 200 scores and the time they were achieved. It is sorted by whoever got the top score most recently. Pressing Space changes the sorting to whoever got the top score first.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The REWIND feature is a feature to help you practice sections of a song. By pressing Backspace, you can rewind a few seconds to play that part of the song again. A penalty of 100,000 points is given to you if you finish and used Rewind!
  
  
• If you pause during a song, a penalty of 10,000 points is given to you, and this does not stack!
  
  
• You can Quick Restart by pressing F5 mid song.

• Ladder Match is a competitive head-to-head online mode where you select the button modes you want to play and get matched with another player based on your tier level. Higher tiers will match you with harder players and vice versa.

• There are 9 tiers and 4 divisions for most tiers in Ladder Mode. Winning matches will earn you LP (Ladder Points) and after earning enough LP you can reach the next tier.
  
  
• There is only one division in the Master tier, and Grand Masters are the 10 people that have the highest LP in the Master tier. There's no cap to how much LP you can earn in the Master tier.
  
  
• These are the difficulty ranges in every tier, along with the ranks of each tier:

• LP points will decay daily after 10 days only for those in Master or Grand Master. If you do not play Ladder Mode in those 10 days, you will lose LP.

• The history tab will tell you every match you've played and how many points each person got on the songs played.

• The leaderboard tab will show the top 100 players and all of their stats, including wins and losses, accuracy, and their rank and LP.

• If you press F8, the Hall of Fame shows you the previous results of you or the top players for each season.

• After receiving your tier placement, you can select your "ONE PICK" for each button type, and the chosen song will appear in the match. This is optional, and allows you to choose from songs within your tier that you own. As you can see in the screenshot, only 5 Trilogy songs can be chosen because in my Diamond 2 rank, I have to play SC patterns that are difficulty 8 or above. If you choose multiple buttons for the match, the button set as BEST will be prioritized. If you change tiers, if the song set as ONE PICK does not match your tier, it will be automatically removed and will need to be set again.

• You will be met with this screen when trying to start a Ladder Match. You must select which button modes you would prefer to play and you will be matched with someone else who selects those button modes.
  
  

  From the unranked tier to Gold 2 you only need to activate at least one button mode to start the match. From Gold 1 to Platinum 2 you need to activate at least 2 button modes to play. From Platinum 1 to Diamond 2 you need to activate at least 3 button modes to play. And from Diamond 1 to Grand Master you have to activate all button modes to play.

  
  
• Only activating one button mode means you will only play that button mode. If I'm in Gold 3 and pick 4B I will only be matched with someone else that picks 4B, and we will play 4B songs.
  
  
• Activating 2 button modes does not mean you will get to play them both. If I'm in Platinum 3 and choose to play 4B and 6B, my opponent may be someone who picks 4B and 5B. We will only play 4B songs. If we both chose to play 4B and 6B songs, then we will play 4B and 6B songs.
  
  
• Activating every button mode means there is a chance that all 4 button modes will come into play.

• You will first be asked to eliminate a song from the match so that you will not have to play it, and your opponent gets this option as well. Eliminating a song means it is banned from the match and you will not have to play it.

• Here you can see your opponent, their current rank and pre-season rank (the faded picture behind the platinum logo means he was a Diamond tier in pre-season, and the X logo behind my platinum logo means I was a Master tier in pre-season), and the song and pattern you will play.

• Here is what the interface looks like in the middle of a song.

• The +399 means I won by 399 points and the -399 on his side means he lost by 399 points. These will change in real time mid-song. White means you are in the lead and red means you are losing.
  
  
• You can also see your opponents accuracy and how many breaks they had, if any.
  
  
• The 0-0 near the middle shows the amount of points we have, and since that was the first song we did not have any points yet. The big red and blue meter in the middle is another add-on that shows score in real time.

• You will play two songs, and whoever has the highest score after each song gets a point. A draw will result in both players getting a point. If you or your opponent has more points after 2 songs, the match is over and that person is declared the winner. If you and your opponent have the same amount of points after 2 songs, the match will move on to a third song.
  
  
• The third song will have hard judgement making the timing windows for 100% twice as strict. For Masters or above, this third match will be 4x as strict as normal. Whoever has a higher score at the end of this song will be declared the winner. If you are somehow still tied after the third song, you will have to play another song on hard judgement to break the tie. Every ladder match must have a winner.
  
  
• The first person to earn 2 points and has more points than their opponent wins the match. You can tie on the first song and win the second song and be the winner. You will only go to a third round if the score is 1-1 or 2-2.

• I gained +24 LP for winning the match, and you can see that since the score was 1-1 after 2 songs, we went to a hard judgment third song.

• Here you can see all the lobbies available, and what DLCs the host owns. Lobbies that have a lock on them require a password.

• You can set the name, password (leave it blank if you don't want a password), mode (you can force everyone to play one button mode. "Free" means you can choose any button mode), and the max number of players.
  
• There are also three types of game modes, a free-for-all, a team match, and a versus match.

• This is a full lobby with 7 players. The host chooses the song, and everyone must ready up to play it. The host cannot start a song without everyone ready.

• You can press Enter to open up the chat box and type to other players.
  
  
• You may be asking "Why 7 players? That's such a weird number". This is what the interface looks like in the middle of a song:

• As you can see, a 7 player layout is pretty much the best way to fit everyone on screen when you have a non-center gear. You can see every other player's accuracy and breaks as well as what pattern they're playing.

• Observe mode is an option players can choose by hitting Tab enough times. It will make you be a spectator for that song, and you can watch everyone else without having to play anything.
  
  
• If the host chooses a DLC song you do not own, you will be forced into Observe mode. However, if you have purchased the Season Pass then you are able to play any DLC song the host owns. But if you are the host, you cannot choose songs you have not purchased.
  
  
  
• You can send emoticons, which are a type of reaction in the lobby menu or mid-game. You can also bind action emoticons that automatically play whenever you get a BREAK or MAX COMBO during the song:

• A team match is a match where you can choose between 1-3 teams and the highest average score wins.
  
• The teams can have an uneven amount of players and be fair since it takes average score and not total score

• This is just another gamemode that you can have fun with your friends, or be used to judge competitive high-level tournaments.

• A versus match is a 1v1 match that plays just like a ladder match.
  
• You can set the division you want to play to get songs around that level, and ban specific button modes.
  
• As the host, you can select who is Player 1 or 2.

• You can also get a group of 6 spectators to watch you play. These spectators can't emote but can see which songs are banned, watch the gameplay, and chat with each other (the players can't see this).
  
• By setting the division to Master tier, you can theoretically practice Hard Judgment all you want now that this tournament-aimed gamemode has been released.

• There are 60 missions in the base game, with each getting progressively more difficult than the last. After clearing a mission, most of them will give you a gallery or plate reward.

• The mission shows what songs you must play and the difficulty, the requirements for clearing the mission, and it will sometimes change your equipment.
  
  
• The most songs a mission can have is 6, but they can be any Button Mode or difficulty. Some songs say 4B Maximum RANDOM, for example. The mission will randomly select a 4B Maximum pattern from the base game.
  
  
• There are some exceptions when it comes to the song difficulties. In certain DLC packs you must play missions that have 4B FX or 5B FX. These are just standard 4B and 5B but add the pink FX notes from 8B into it. All three Technika DLCs include TB missions which play just like their original Technika games.

• Score - Get a higher score than the number shown to pass the requirement.
  
• FEVER - You must have FEVER activated up to the specified amount at least once.
  
• Combo - Get a higher combo than the number shown to pass the requirement.
  
• Rate - Get a higher accuracy rate than the number shown to pass the requirement.
  
• BREAK - Get fewer BREAKS than the number shown to pass the requirement.

• You may practice a specific song in a mission. You cannot practice a pattern you have not seen yet. For example, if I pass Heavenly and move on to Chrono Breakers and fail, I can practice Heavenly or Chrono Breakers. It will not let me practice KILLER BEE unless I have reached it. You can practice any song from a mission you have already cleared.

• Your Play Info page will give you a breakdown of your DJ Class per Button Mode, your best combo chain, total play count, hardest song clear and Max Combo, and your top 10 most played tracks.

• It will tell you your Play Count, highest score, best rate, and best combo on each individual song or pattern. Press Space to switch between pack tabs.

• Your DJ Class page will give you a breakdown of your DJ POWER, as well as how it is calculated.

• It will tell you how far away your next tier is, your power history after each DLC, and how much power you're getting from the 70 NEW and 30 BASIC patterns. All of this will be explained in the Section DJ CLASS

• The Achievement page is an in-game achievement system that will give you rewards like plates or gears if you complete specific challenges. I will go over how to unlock everything from this menu in the section All Collection Achievements.

• The Gallery page is a collage of background art images for songs. These can be viewed and zoomed in by pressing Enter on any of them. I will go over how to unlock every Gallery image in the section Base Game Gallery.

• The Music Video page is a compilation of all Music Videos you have unlocked. You can sort them into 9 different playlists with as many songs as you want in them. When watching a Music Video, info about the song can be found at the bottom left. You can skip the current song, choose to repeat a song, choose to repeat all songs, or pause the video. I will go over how to unlock every Music Video in the section Music Videos (BGAs) and Bonus Music Videos.

• The Story page is a place to view the lore of different characters within the game visual novel-style. You'll have to clear the main theme song of a dlc to unlock its story. These will be updated with more content as time goes on.

• The Master Ranking lists the top 200 players determined by DJ POWER.
  
  
• The crown next to your name means that is your profile.
  
  
• There are 4 Master Ranking leaderboards, each separated by Button Modes. Press Tab to switch between them.
  
  
• Press Space to see where you rank on the leaderboards.

• This lists every song by alphabetical order and song pack, and you can check the leaderboards of each song, too.

• Chat Language Filter OFF will not censor any messages in Open Match or Air Mode.
  
  
• Freestyle COMBO Chain ON will carry over COMBO between songs in Freestyle.
  
  
• Turning "Play Opening Movie" ON will play the Music Video for glory MAX with staff credits every time you launch the game.
  
  
• Turning "Display Background Animation" off will disable all in-game background art and be replaced with a turquoise image. Video Screen Ratio on "Full Stretch" will make every music video stretched to fit your screen. Turning it to "Keep Aspect Ratio" will display the original BGA quality, older videos will have black bars on the sides. The Brightness Value sets the brightness of every BGA to that level.
  
  
• "Adjust Judgment Time" will cause the 100% judgment window to be earlier or later. Setting it to a higher number will mean you need to hit notes above the judgment bar and setting it to a lower number will mean you need to hit notes after they have passed the judgment bar.
  
  
• "Adjust Note Output Time" will cause the notes to appear earlier or later. Setting it to +ms will make notes appear later and setting is to -ms will make notes appear earlier.
  
  
• "Play HUD Settings" allows you to customize 3 presets of different note colors, positions, and other effects in game. They'll all show a preview on the right so you can tell what is changing.

• Audio output will be faster if the "Audio Buffer Size" is set to a smaller number.
  
  
• Turning keysounds on will map each individual sound to a button, and when you hit the button, that sound plays. Turning them off means a static .mp3 version of the song plays over you, so if you miss notes, it won't sound like you are.

• A higher polling rate gives you less input delay.

• Pressing Space on "Input Setting" will allow you to remap your keys to whatever you wish (except for Enter).
  
  
• Make sure to save your changes once finished!

• Here you can see your Play Points, Rocky Points, and Coupons.
  
  
• You can change your DJ Icon, Plate, Comment, Profile Card, Gear, Note Skin, Combo Skin, Judgement Skin, Fever Sound, Clear Sound, Emoticons, Mouse Cursor, and UI Theme.

• The Clear Pass is DJMAX's version of the popular "Battle Pass" implemented in lots of other games.
  
  
• It is divided into 30 tiers, with one row being a free pass for everyone and the other being a Steam purchase. The goal is to clear songs and earn XP to level up your Clear Pass to unlock more cosmetics.
  
  
• Seasons 1-15 have already ended after 90 days but you can unlock those specific cosmetics from the in-game shop with in-game currency.
  
  
• Season 16 will end around October 15th.
  
  
• You can purchase the Season 16 Clear Pass in the Steam store here.
  
  
• You can also buy a booster for the Clear Pass. Your points will be multiplied by 4x meaning you can earn rewards quicker. Once the season ends, you will automatically reach tier 30 and be able to unlock all the rewards. You can buy it here.
  
  
• If you have played during any previous season and didn't claim your rewards in enough time, you will now receive all rewards you unlocked but didn't claim in all previous seasons.
  
  
• There is also the addition of a "Clear Pass✦" tab in Free Style that includes some popular DLC songs that you may or may not own, as well as an exclusive song for every season (these will be listed in the next section). The exclusive songs do count for leaderboard scores, and each new song will stay in this tab forever, and they will become free after 3 seasons have gone by. The random DLC songs rotate randomly after a period of time. You can only play these songs if you own the Clear Pass. Once the season ends, you'll still be able to play them until the next season. If you don't buy the next season's Clear Pass, you will not be able to play the songs anymore unless you own them. So it's basically a timed subscription service.

• To level up in the clear pass, you can clear songs, missions, and play matches in any online mode. The only thing you can't do is level up by playing in Air Mode.
  
  
• You earn 200 points from clearing a song in Free Style, and get a daily bonus worth 1000 points when it's the first song you clear on that day. The daily bonus resets at 00:00 GMT daily. Missions will give you a few hundred points. Open Match will give 200 points for clearing a song + 50 for an "Open Match bonus". Ladder Match gives the most at around 200 points per song + 500 points for a win or 400 points for a loss. With the premium pass, these point amounts are greatly increased, earning you much more for each song cleared.

• As mentioned before, there are 30 tiers, with each tier progressively requiring more XP to reach the next step. Every user will be able to unlock the bottom row, and the premium pass users will be able to unlock the bottom row as well as the entire top row.

• The Clear Pass✦ tab gives you access to some popular DLC songs that you may or may not own, as well as an exclusive song for every season. After 3 seasons, the song will turn free for everyone to play. The DLC songs rotate randomly after a set period of time, so I won't go over them here. These are the exclusive songs that are included in the Clear Pass✦:

• DJ CLASS is the new way of comparing skill to others that the old system did not do properly. In the past, you had to own every song and play every single pattern, which for most is incredibly time consuming and boring. In FREESTYLE and ONLINE MODE, if you clear a song with a RATE of 90.00% or higher, you can earn 'DJ POWER.' You can gain more DJ POWER by clearing higher difficulty patterns with high accuracy. DJ POWER is awarded for different types of patterns, even for the same song.

• Think of it like a ranked tier system from other popular games. As you clear more difficult patterns that count for DJ POWER, you can rank up essentially.

• The DJ POWER scores that count for your DJ CLASS are based on your top 30 plays from songs classified as 'NEW' from the latest updates and your top 70 plays from patterns classified as 'BASIC'. Songs falling under the 'NEW' category are regularly updated approximately every 6 months to coincide with the release of new regular DLC, and the previous 'NEW' scores are then reflected as 'BASIC'. 'BASIC' songs can be any song that isn't classified as 'NEW'.
  
  
• The songs that contribute to the DJ CLASS score can be found under the FREESTYLE mode > DJ POWER category or the COLLECTION mode > DJ CLASS tab. DJ CLASS scores are calculated separately for each button mode.

• With this new system, you no longer have to own all DLC, or even play NM or HD patterns if you want to be a top ranker.

• The difficulty of a pattern determines the maximum amount of DJ POWER you can earn from a Perfect Play:

• The regular rating on the left is for NM, HD, and MX patterns and SC is on the right. A Perfect Play on said difficulty will give you the DJ POWER in the middle section. As you can see, there is an overlap of difficulty NM, HD, and MX patterns and easy SC patterns, because an SC 1✦ is easier than a MX 15✦.
  
  
• If you don't have 70 BASIC and 30 NEW patterns played, then you'll be missing out on some DJ POWER. Or let's say you have 5 Perfect Plays on 10✦s that are your lowest DJ POWER amount from your 70 BASIC (which is 46.71). If I have more DJ POWER on 68 other patterns, what will take the final spot? It can be any 2 of those 5 patterns because they all give you the same amount.

• When you earn DJ POWER that counts for your DJ CLASS, you may notice the amount you earned from the song is not the same as the amount added towards your DJ CLASS.

• If you go to Collection to see the DJ CLASS, you can see that 4156.6689 is the simple sum of the BASIC top 70 patterns (which is 2965.7700) + the NEW top 30 patterns (which is 1190.8990).
  But why go through CONVERT and use 4924.6365 as the score?
  
  
• If you played all 100 patterns that are SC 15✦ difficulty perfectly, the DJ POWER simple sum will be 9999.0000. However, there isn't 100 SC 15✦ patterns in the game currently.
  
  
• When calculating for the 4B total, the BASIC top 70 patterns is all patterns above SC 11✦ + another 22 patterns that are SC 11✦, which is a theoretical value of 6155.7000. The NEW Top 30 patterns is all patterns with SC 7✦ or higher + all patterns with MX 15✦ and 3 patterns that are SC 6✦ or MX 14✦, which is a theoretical value of 2284.8600. The DJ POWER reaches a highest theoretical value of 8440.5600.
  
  
• It makes no sense to place someone who played all 100 of the most difficult patterns in the game, perfectly, at HIGH CLASS 1. To convert the theoretical value of 8440.5600 to a score out of 10000, go through the process of dividing the simple sum by 8440.5600 and multiplying it by 10000.
  
  
• Therefore, 4156.6689 / 8440.5600 * 10000 = 4924.6365 that is used for DJ CLASS. (PS: There is an error of 0.0001 during some calculation processes, which can often occur when calculating decimal points)
  
  
• As time goes on, more difficult patterns will be added, so the highest theoreticals WILL change every 6 months, so don't take these numbers exactly.

• Absolutely! Here is a table showing the DJ POWER needed for every DJ CLASS:

• There is a whole lot more math involved in calculating DJ POWER but I won't get into the specifics (mostly because I don't understand it). Just know that doing good on harder songs will give you more DJ POWER than a Perfect Play on something super easy. This system is weighted by difficulty so get out of your comfort zone! And be aware that your DJ CLASS can change every 6 months when new DLC comes out and replaces the NEW category.

• Play Points are earned by playing songs, missions, basically just playing the game. You earn one Play Point after one song in Freestyle, but you can earn more in other modes like Ladder since you play more than one song. There is a daily cap of 100 Play Points that is reset every day at 15:00 GMT.
  
  
• These are the play point earnings from doing various things in-game (list is still incomplete and these are estimate percentages, but it is safe to assume these are true):

• Rocky Points are bought from the Steam Store only, with the price of 1 being $0.10 on average.

• There are currently 199 (including Guilty Gear; more are added continuously) songs that are available in the base game, separated by the game categories of Respect, Respect /V, Portable 1, and Portable 2. When you first buy the game, lots of songs will be unavailable for you to play. There are 3 ways to unlock base game songs:

• Completing any song from start to finish will reward you with XP to level up, with the max level being 999. You will earn every song by level 20. This is the quickest and easiest way to unlock every song.

• Some in-game achievements reward you with songs, so if you really want to play something but are miles away from the level required, here are all the songs you can potentially unlock early:

• Purchasing this will automatically unlock every song in the base game. I highly advise you DO NOT buy this. It is a complete waste of money since you will unlock everything by level 20.

• There are 103 plates available in just the base game (excluding Guilty Gear) and 866 plates total (including GEAR PACK DLC). You do not need to collect them all to get every achievement, but are optional if you want to 100% the game.

• Much of what you unlock will either be by clearing songs or clearing the in-game achievements in the collection menu, described in "Collection"
  
• I have tried my best to organize the tables as clear as possible so that if you are only missing one specific plate you can easily find it.
  
• All missions will be labeled as {#-#} with the first number being one of the 10 tabs in the mission select screen and the second number being one of the 6 missions in that tab.

• There are 279 plates available through the Clear Pass or purchasing in the Shop. They cost 5 RP or 100 PP for a still image, and 10 RP for an animated plate. Underlined plates are animated.
