It messes up the UI

After using this mod I have to say that this does not in fact clear them; it just hides them. This probably isn't a big issue; but every now and again you get a lot of spam messages that will actually cost your game to lag for a time. This still happens with this mod because the messages are still generated and technically still there; just rendered invisible essentially.
