There's no object-to-object collision yet so no worries about crashing ;). It is currently a simple scenery object and will likely remain as such, so you won't be able to target it.

Ah, thank you! It's a bit surprising that I can't click it, so it's why I have to ask...(I'm also too scared to fly into it, not sure if there's now crash damage for collision yet or not)

Just a strange asteroid lying around ;). Seeing as Gemini is quite a strange place to be, anomalies all around and some such, it's only right to make things like these appear ;). We've only placed several test ones for now, but more will come in time :)
