Mostly used one wand that cast 3 spells every .03 seconds, used that to burst down basically everything but it ran out of mana after about 2 seconds. So I'd swap to a second one that shot bolts that made huge explosions when they hit something, until the first wand had mana again. Pretty good combo, plus had like 9 or 10 perks including vampirism and extra blood :)
