Kuvaus

Bill now sports a new hat

This mod was originally made by Floh but the model had the issue of a twisted wrist so I fixed it and it now uses Bill's new skeleton from the Last Update.

This is reskin compatible of Bill's Head and Jacket and Ellis' hat.
