IŁ-2 1946 Thrustmaster T.16000M Joy and FCS (Joy - Thrust - Pedals) settings

Settings to be set in T.A.R.G.E.T GUI. It may appear OK also for other games using classical analog joystick with many axes. Reverses maybe need to be applied for some axes in those games, named fot Stormovik in chapters of this manual.
