Property 1: The Weep

This is a lovely little space in the European Decorative Zone, in the Winding Cove just outside the city outskirts. The price is 150,000 Glimmer. Excellent area for Eliksni
PROS
Lots of space!
Natural lighting
Close to nature
Dark, full of water, cool during the summer
Plenty of room to build your fallen home

CONS
Only entrance is a large hole in the roof
Tunnel leading to already owned, very angry Fallen encampment (rude neighbors)
Glowing fungus does not stop glowing, bad for sleep
Too much water

Conclusion
A great place for anyone willing to get to work and start from scratch, at an affordable price. Buyer may want to be highly skilled in murdering fellow Eliksni in order to keep their home.
Property 2: The Empty Tank

Situated just near the Spider's den on the Tangled Shore, this little spot can both be a home and a place of business, or simply a home for the party-oriented individual. Price is 750,000 Glimmer. Was once full of angry, rude Fallen but they have since been forcibly evicted.

PROS
Wiring/electrical/sound system work already in place
Spacious
Built-in full DJ equipment
Close to the Spider
Good place for attracting business

CONS
Full of corpses
So many corpses
Full of dead servitors liable to explode (and full of very bad-tasting Ether)
Suspicious backrooms full of many Cabal dog corpses and thrall bits
Probably haunted

Conclusion
This property is really for the go-getter and the entrepreneur of the Eliksni race, which is to say, most Eliksni. If you have the money for this kitted-out location, it can certainly turn a profit if used wisely. Will require a DEEP clean to get rid of that stench.
Property 3: Ketch of Taniks

It is often said that Taniks has no house, but this is a lie. He has a very big house, and it is currently crashed into the moon. Price is 2.4 Million Glimmer. Used to be a functioning space ship. A fixer-upper.

PROS
Absolutely massive
Seriously this is a whole entire Ketch that is a lot
Lots of pods full of life-soup
Built-in servitors for your real Eliksni friends with an Ether addiction
Lots of purple, a favorite color among Fallen

CONS
Definitely haunted
No really, I saw this weird Taniks ghost further in
Also a lot of floating guardian ghosts
Not like the ghosts the Traveler made but
You get it
A fixer-upper

Conclusion
If you are both brave and also very rich this may be the place for you. It is in pretty drastic condition for a ketch but with enough time and love it might even fly again. But it also might just crash again. That Taniks ghost scares me. We killed him so many times he's gonna be REALLY pissed about you living there. VERY HAUNTED!
Property 4: Aphelion's Rest

This scenic little home is pretty much just a garden in a cave but with lots of crystals everywhere. Very beautiful and so full of Taken. Price is 200,000 Glimmer. Taken are permanent residents who refuse to leave.

PROS
Pretty
Full of nature
Beautiful crystals
Historic Dreaming City architecture (some of it)
Lots of Baryon Bough grows here

CONS
Very little space to build a home
Drafty
There is no nighttime in the Dreaming City, bad for sleep
Very rude, hostile roommates

Conclusion
Maybe just leave this one alone. Those Taken are really mean.
Property 5: Europan Outpost

Remote campsite not far from Variks' hideout on Europa. Very cold. Near a Pyramid... thing. Price is 50,000 Glimmer.

PROS
Isolated, if you're an introvert
Warm
Cozy
Full of trophies from murdered cultist Fallen
Has the head of Taniks as a comfortable seat

CONS
Not spacious at all
Extremely cold area
The Pyramid thing in the distance will whisper to you. All the time
The radio outside is very bad and cannot be turned off
Terrible toilet module thing
Lots of Starwort containers to clean up
Stranger outside will never leave and keeps talking about cigarettes and daddy issues
It is so cold oh my god

Conclusion
If you're a Fallen that just hates people and/or wants to live close to Variks, but live alone (not including the weirdo standing outside all day), this place may seem perfect. The blizzards are incredibly annoying and will sometimes sweep you off the cliff, so not optimal for summer lovers. Not recommended to live with one other person, the toilet gets awkward then.
Property 6: The Tower Deluxe Megasuite

This quaint little studio apartment in the Tower is free as long as nobody catches you living in there. Ikora is blind and Hawthorne literally could not care less, so it should be relatively easy. Do NOT let Zavala see you in there eating a block of cheese at 3am, he will get mad.

PROS
Hidden
Easy to get to
In a safe area
Natural lighting
Very dark and cool

CONS
Drafty
Concrete everywhere
The rats
The rats will steal your ramen and your cheese and crackers. Do not trust them.
Zavala will ask if everything is alright even though I am clearly living the dream
May get you put in Psychological Evaluation

Conclusion
Very nice, safe, well-ventilated area with no doors, making it impossible to lock yourself out. The rats can be sedated with ketamine to help make a warm bed during the winter. Don't feel bad for them, they know what they did. No corpses in this property, so no cleanup. You will have to replace the bucket every few days though.
Conclusion

Well, we reached the end of another guide. I hope this guide helps you on your real estate adventures, whether you're looking for a home or to rent out to other Eliksni. Please remember that we deserve to have Taniks themed class items brought back and also the ability to put a hood up or down on hunter cloaks. Seriously, how hard can it be?
Remember to scream at God for it has wronged us all beyond comprehension, it is a crucial step in maintaining the Fallen lifestyle. Scream at it.
