You need to dumb yourself down so you can understand the game yourself. This should not be hard as you already own Hentai Milf Maid. So you are getting pretty close but if that's too hard simply. Learn another language and forget English. How hard could it be.

The other language is Russian therefore the game was probably developed in Russian. That in mind the Russian grammar is probably better.
