Troops: 35 Epirote vs 49+22 Roman & vassals.
Manpower 11K vs 40K.
Bank: 120 vs 600.
Pop: 1200 vs 1500.
Cit: Rome was in war with Carthage & Massilia (320 pop). 20 troops were in Sicila, rest were destroying Massilia up north. Punic navy was destroyed so basically Romans were untouched.
War End
Both sides depleted manpower, Romans spended all money. I was able to afford a 23K merc army (near the end but was key in 3 battles) from all the looting and sacking had 800 gold at that time.
Took Western Tarentum, Apulia, Campania & Latium. Force released Umbria & Brutii.
Romans were reduced to total 450 pops while Epirus increased by 600.
Punic war still going on.
