The build that puts you ahead of the game, your to fast to catch and to hard to kill. The items make it to easy for new and advanced players to get kills. Reduces the need to "save" gold early on for bigger and better carry items while still retaining much of being a carry. Can also be played as a support, just farm less focus warding and you'll be straight.
