Может для реализма отключить центральное отопление в сельском клубе, в проекте же написано: "Отопление от собственной котельной"?

Подтверждаю, здание не появляется. Появилось после правки на HOUSE3.

My workshopconfig.ini file points to $OBJECT_BUILDING HOUSE4 but the only folder in the DIR is HOUSE3. The building is now showing up for me. Just thought I'd let you know.

BTW you make some of the best mods. Thanks for everything you have brought to the game. Cheers!
