Custom Filtered HECU Voices

Replaces the HECU lines with ones using a custom radio filter.

Gas Mask HECU use a unique deeper filter to keep audio recognition intact.

Also gives HECU proper death lines seriously why the ♥♥♥♥ are these shared with their pain lines in vanilla.

I recommend using the compatible version of Unused Sound Restoration along side this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2331519430

After hearing real radio filters from federal agent masks I can confirm this is actually haw it sounds cool :)

May I please use some of these voicelines for addon I'm planning to release? I used these voicelines for sniper sounds.

i wouldnt bet on it since my laptop is kinda fucky atm

how interesting. It must have been a purposeful design choice then since a lot of Insurgency are in wide open urban areas with a lot of echo...

i ripped them from insurgency and they just kinda have that

ive been meaning to go back and tone down the volume and fix that but idk if i still have the project files on my laptop

why do the death sounds have so much reverb? Would be an otherwise perfect mod. Idk if I can justify the install.
