This Book Spell is hidden in a place called "Fort Amol", located northeast from Ivarstread:

How to get it

There is 3 entrances in Fort Amol, but you will need to enter in the "Fort Amol Prison":

After killing all the dumb mages go to the left of the room:

There you will find a bucket:

Insinde it is the Spell Book, Bound Bow =)

I cleaned out the mages but didn't find the book the first time. When I went back for it the stormcloaks had taken over the fort and objected to me going into the prison, lol.

Anywho, thumbs up for the location. This spell is too bloody expensive, and I'd rather find it than buy it. 10/10.

You are aware that Calcelmo, Phinis Gestor, and Falion also sell this spell once you are the proper level, right?

@Lisahanks Yeah, there is a Bound Battleaxe. Bound weapons cover all three skill trees (One Handed, Two Handed, and Archery) and are leveled in that order (Novice, Appretice, and Adept, respectively). If you have the Dragonborn expansion pack, there is also a Novice Spell called Bound Dagger, which adds the forth Bound Weapon.
