Right Click the Vestaria progam in the Steam Library, Select Properties
Select Local Files tab and select Browse...
Open game.ini file with your favourite text editor.

A partial screenshot from game.ini without the japanese JIS character is like this:

Change EXIT=esc with EXIT=Q (for an example to reprogram quit short cut to 'q' key)
Save the file.

Thank you for this. Can't imagine why they would just leave out key remapping from the settings menu.
