Curise Control and Speed Limiter with throttle pass through

Basically built this to allow me to limit the high speeds some vehicles on the workshop can achieve which oftentimes make them almost impossible to operate, plus the cruise control is useful for maintaining a set speed on long journeys, ideally need 2 on/off inputs (cruise control on one and limiter on the other) and a keypad to input for the speed target (could substitute it for a clamp input to freeze the current speed as the target)

planned updates (welcome to do them yourself and upload it with me as a co-creator if you want, i'm pretty new to scratch built controlers):
1. S input from driver disables the microcontroler automatically for sudden stops in an emergency.
2. some way of smoothing out the functions to hold speed/rps more smoothly.
3. incorporate it into a gearbox controler to optimise the RPS at the set speed (may be able to modify an existing controler I found on a testbed that's built to change the gear ratios to meet the right axel rps with the lowest engine rps possible).

Don't have to go and tag me in every creation built with this but an acknowlegement in the description would be nice.
