This is one of the best maps for sandbox servers
It features multiple areas for roleplay, construction, and areas for those players who simply like to mess around.
These areas include
A spawn room, with teleporters to the various areas, also featuring a admin control panel for spawning various stuff.

A construction room, a wide open space for building featuring a zero-g energy field, a forcefield which disintegrates anything that touches it (players not included), also featuring an admin machine which clears the entire construction area of props, npcs and the like.

A Race room, a really long room that has buttons to spawn jeeps and airboats. Also a button to raise barriers for a proper race.

A Beach, a long beach with a dock that has a button to spawn an airboat. At the island in the distance there is a button to build a shack, otherwise there is enough room there to build a house.

A Battleground, features 2 bases (rebel and combine). Each with an entrance, 2 watchtowers, and a special item for each base (combine has that energy ball generator used in the hl2 campaign whilst in the citadel. Yes you can use the gravity gun on them and the rebels have explosive melons.)

Traptown, is a small version of ravenholm with buttons to spawn zombies, and also the fire trap, propeller trap and also a brand new dumpster trap. Do not press the button on the roof, you'll regret it.

Vertical Drop room, features an extending platform, and buttons to turn on/off the forcefield at the bottom (if on, it teleports you to the ceiling, effectively putting you in a loop a la portal.)

Jeep stunt room, features a multitude of pipes, and a lift which takes you to the tallest pipe.

As well as all these rooms, there is plenty more to do, this map will keep you interested for a while. Personally I spent a total of 3 hours just messing about with all the stuff on this map.
