1. Go to "https://remtairy.com/patch/#island-saga"

2. Click and download one of the "Download Mirrors" at the VERY BOTTOM of the page (I chose the Mega version)

3. Once downloaded, follow the directions below per the remtairy.com/patch site:

Windows and Linux:
Please download and unzip the files into Island SAGA’s game folder.
You can find your game folder’s location by:
Go to your Steam Library, right click on ‘Island Saga’, click on ‘Properties…’, go to the ‘Local Files’ tab and then click on ‘Browse Local Files…’

Mac
Please download and unzip the uncensor patch into a folder.
Locate Island SAGA’s game folder.
You can find your game folder’s location by:
Go to your Steam Library, right click on ‘Island Saga’, click on ‘Properties…’, go to the ‘Local Files’ tab and then click on ‘Browse Local Files…’
Click on the Gear icon and then click on ‘Copy “Island Saga” as Pathname’.
Run mac_patchv5 from the patch folder and paste the pathname from the previous step into the command window and hit enter.

FYI I have no idea how to do beyond this for Mac's since I'm Windows.

4. Extract the "Island SAGA English - (Uncensor v5).zip"

5. Open the "Island SAGA English - (Uncensor v5)" ---> Open the "www" folder.

6. Copy all the folders in the "www" folder (audio, data, img, js, movies)

7. Go to the STEAM folder "www" within your Island Saga game (Go to your Steam Library, right click on ‘Island Saga’, click on ‘Properties…’, go to the ‘Local Files’ tab and then click on ‘Browse Local Files…’)

8. Paste all the (audio, data, img, js, movies) folders into the STEAM "www" folder

9. Click "Replace the file in the destination". Do this for all the files

10. Then start up the game!

11. How to check if your game is correctly uncensored:
You should see four busty girls on the title screen.
You should see the “Gallery” option on the title screen.

12. Enjoy!

I made this guide because I suck at computer stuff, and honestly it took me 2 1/2 hours start to finish. Hopefully this speeds up yours, also keep buying "Remtairy" and "kamichichi" games like Apostle (my favorite game!) and Harem Fantasy: Good or Evil Will Save The World
