"AP-014: Silent Scarecrows

AP-014 is an entity of unknown origin, found on Cold Wind Farm in 1982 by Task Force Delta-7 when an "abnormal silence" was reported in the area.

When AP-014 manifested is unknown.

Anomalous properties:

AP-014 can produce copies of itself, move when unobserved and all sound generated in a 10 mile radius seems to be muted by its presence.

Duplicates also carry the same "muting" effect but can't move.

How many duplicates AP-014 can produce at maximum is unknown.

Muted animals and objects continue to make sound once they leave the 10 mile radius.

AP-014 is currently held in Cold Wind Farm and remains stored in a remote site 12 miles below the surface.

AP-014's containment is maintained every 6 months to prevent anyone setting AP-014 free.

Addendum:

AP-014 has no negative or harmful effects on living or none living things, all it does is mute sound, move around and make copies of itself.

Any duplicates of AP-014 have been destroyed, only the original remains and it is currently contained."
